- Party sized meatballs served with choice of sauce
- A crab dip or a spinach artichoke dip served hot with tortilla chips or crackers
- Rumaki or lil’ smokies wrapped in bacon and served in a brown sugar sauce
- A fruit tray
- A relish tray with dip
- Meat & cheese tray with crackers
- Mexican tortilla roll-ups with salsa dip.

All buffets, and appetizers include:
- minimum of 1 staff person to attend to details

Labor for on-site service, delivery, set-up, and service during the meal and clean-up is included. We offer free delivery inside Mahoney State Park, we charge $.1.00 per mile outside of that area. A 20% gratuity charge will be added to all orders. A 22% gratuity for china service.
